In this guide we’ll show you to add days and hours targeting to your Chaty widget.

Using this feature, you can set to display your widget on specific days and in specific hours only, or you can even have different widgets for different times, such as one widget for weekdays and another one – for weekends.

Step 1: Let’s get started. Start by opening your Chaty dashboard and click on Widgets. Click on edit next to the widget you wish to edit.

Step 2: Go to Step 3 in the settings – Triggers and targeting – and scroll down to the “Days and hours” setting. Then, click on the “Add rule” button.

Step 3: Next, select the desired timezone and choose a specific day of the week (or choose from our preset options “Every day of the week”, “Weekend”, “Monday to Friday” and “Sunday to Thursday”) as well as start and end hour.

Please keep in mind that if you have more than one widget, you need to make sure each widget is set up to show correctly to avoid overlapping widgets!

When you’re done, click on the “Save” button. Now your Chaty widget will only be displayed in the specific days and hours you have just selected.
